CI&T is seeking a Senior Android Developer with a deep focus on Kotlin and application performance. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing mobile applications that deliver a seamless user experience.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex performance bottlenecks and memory issues.
- Implement best practices for mobile architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate on technical designs and mentor other developers on performance optimization techniques.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Android Developer building complex applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
- Deep, hands-on experience with performance profiling, memory management, and optimization tools (e.g., Android Profiler).
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern mobile app architecture patterns.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive performance improvements across the development lifecycle.
Nice to Have
- Experience with native performance tuning and low-level system interaction.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines specific to mobile development.
- Familiarity with benchmarking and metrics collection for mobile applications.
