Booz Allen Hamilton is hiring a Multi-Platform Mobile Application Developer

We are seeking a senior Multi-Platform Mobile Application Developer to build and support critical systems, sites, and tools. In this role, you will write, test, and edit code while expanding your skills in developing and reverse engineering software for hardware functionality.

What You'll Do

• Support the development of systems, sites, and tools for clients.
• Write, test, and edit code using the latest tools and technology.
• Develop and reverse engineer software that supports hardware functionality on a wide range of devices.
• Configure solutions based on the platform being used.
• Work with team leaders to troubleshoot and correct operational issues.
• Work with cybersecurity specialists to ensure software security.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
• Experience developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Flutter.
• Experience with Kotlin, Java, or Dart.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end systems and third-party services.
• Experience with mobile application testing frameworks for both unit testing and UI automation.
• Experience with delivering offline or disconnected mobile functionality.
• Knowledge of app deployment processes, including App Store and Google Play submission guidelines.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS GovCloud.
• Experience optimizing app performance and memory consumption.
• Experience with gamification in a mobile environment.
• Knowledge of AWS for mobile back-end support.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and encryption techniques.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Master’s degree.

• Compensation range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
