Accenture is looking for a Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions. In this role, you will design, code, and enhance components across systems and applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your domain.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.

- Provide innovative solutions to problems impacting both your immediate team and broader cross-functional groups.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase team efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Android Application Development.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Android Application Development.
- A 15-year full-time education background.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience developing with Kotlin and Java.
