About the Role

CI&T is looking for a Mid/Senior Observability Engineer to join our team in Brazil. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems by designing and implementing comprehensive observability solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable observability platforms
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions for complex distributed systems
  • Collaborate with development teams to establish SLOs, SLAs, and alerting strategies
  • Analyze system performance data to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Drive incident response and post-mortem processes to improve system resilience

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an observability, SRE, or platform engineering role
  • Strong background in implementing observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Ability to write scripts for automation (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating across technical teams

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Brazil.
