CI&T is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team in a fully remote role based in Colombia. You will be a key contributor to our software development initiatives, applying your expertise to build and maintain robust applications.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java applications.
- Collaborate with distributed team members to deliver on project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices in software development.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Proven ability to design and build complex, production-ready backend systems.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and data structures.
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
Work Mode
