Kohl's is seeking a Jitterbit Account Executive to be the primary driver of new and expansion product license revenue, plus professional services revenue, across Spain and Italy. You will act as the CEO of your assigned business scope, managing complex sales cycles from CIO/CTO-level strategy discussions down to technical infrastructure details, for a growing leader in the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) space.
What You'll Do
- Generate new and expansion product license revenue against an assigned quota, as well as professional services revenue across all verticals in Spain and Italy.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Partners, and Client Success Managers to drive inbound, outbound, partner-generated, and customer expansion opportunities.
- Demonstrate success at generating opportunities via outbound efforts.
- Advise customers on the best portfolio of Jitterbit and Partner solutions to meet their technology and workflow automation needs.
- Discuss technology strategy at the CIO level while simultaneously getting technical with back-end infrastructure managers.
- Manage and develop critical internal relationships with Sales Development, Marketing, and Channels, and external relationships with both SIs and ISVs.
- Build consistent and sustainable pipeline and consistently achieve quota.
- Coordinate sales resources while working cross-functionally within Jitterbit and actively involve leadership in strategic/larger opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in B2B technology sales with significant experience in a complex, executive sale.
- Proven track record of over-achievement against assigned quotas.
- Must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
- Experience and/or domain expertise in selling integration and/or workflow automation technology, ideally within the iPaaS market space.
- Ability to think and operate strategically and tactically without daily direction from Sales Director.
- Hold a 4-year college degree.
- Proven track record of success working in a team environment.
- Experience with a modern sales 'tech stack' including salesforce.com, Salesloft, and ABM solutions or techniques.
