Waveguide LLC, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Seasonal Janitor to maintain clean and orderly facilities through heavy cleaning duties on a night shift schedule. You will follow established procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
What You'll Do
- Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
- Dust and damp mop floors using approved methods.
- Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return items to their correct place.
- Clean assigned areas with provided materials and equipment, sanitizing all surfaces following an eight-step cleaning procedure.
- Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean environment.
- Proactively seek out and clean areas requiring attention.
- Complete all tasks assigned by your supervisor.
- Perform duties in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
- Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
- Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
