SAP Software Solutions is looking for an iXp Intern - People & Culture Local Services to join our team. This paid internship, part of our global SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp), provides hands-on experience supporting human resources processes and local activities within our business applications and technology environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the onboarding of new employees
- Prepare and file HR documentation
- Support internship contract processes
- Support the employee termination process
- Support local HR activities
- Help clarify employee questions about HR topics
- Support internal HR projects
What We're Looking For
- Current university student enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration courses
- Advanced English proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Your resume must be uploaded in English

You'll join the team responsible for People & Culture internal processes, including onboarding, termination, promotions, and documentation.
