Responsibilities - Deliver comprehensive assistance to Italian-speaking clients regarding travel inquiries and bookings through various communication channels. - Support clients in adjusting travel arrangements, including flight, accommodation, and itinerary modifications. - Partner with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to address client challenges and maintain operational efficiency. - Provide guidance and current insights about travel regulations, destinations, and available services. - Accurately record client interactions in the CRM system to facilitate follow-up and service enhancements. - Uphold superior professionalism and customer service standards during all client interactions. - Continuously expand knowledge of the travel industry and improve product expertise to enhance support quality.
