About the Role

The role involves delivering dedicated travel support to Italian-speaking customers, managing reservations, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with flight and accommodation bookings
  • Handle changes and cancellations to existing travel plans
  • Provide real-time support via phone and email
  • Communicate travel policy details and restrictions
  • Resolve booking discrepancies and technical issues
  • Ensure accurate data entry in reservation systems
  • Monitor travel itineraries for updates or disruptions
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Follow company protocols for customer service delivery
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Italian
  • Support travelers during emergencies or delays
  • Verify travel documentation compliance
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers and partners
  • Deliver updates on flight status and gate changes
  • Guide customers through check-in and boarding processes
  • Explain baggage policies and fees
  • Assist with special assistance requests
  • Track customer interactions in internal systems
  • Maintain high accuracy in all communications
  • Adhere to service level agreements
  • Work flexible hours including weekends if needed
  • Participate in team training and updates
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Promote additional travel services when relevant
