Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries from Italian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Diagnose and resolve fundamental technical challenges, providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues.
- Deliver precise and straightforward information regarding company products, services, and operational policies.
- Meticulously record all customer interactions and resolution details within the support management system.

Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in both Italian and English, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support environments strongly preferred.
