Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide remote support for an online bank’s clients based in Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with a wide range of banking inquiries and ensuring a smooth digital banking experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding online banking services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
- Provide comprehensive support for account issues, payment inquiries, and banking regulations.
- Guide customers through online banking features and assist with technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on banking products, policies, and relevant industry changes to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or finance sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and remote communication tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
