- Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking clientele, emphasizing relationship building and loyalty enhancement
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product utilization, and reward program details
- Strategically engage customers by providing updates, resolving challenges, and collecting experiential insights
- Guide clients through loyalty program intricacies and motivate continued brand interaction
- Partner with interdepartmental teams to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution
- Evaluate customer feedback and loyalty indicators to recommend service and experience improvements
- Document and maintain precise customer interaction records within the CRM tracking system
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Italian and English, encompassing written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated background in customer service or loyalty-oriented roles, particularly in retail or service sectors
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Advanced CRM software and Microsoft Office suite competency
