Responsibilities - Serve as the primary liaison for Italian-speaking customers, delivering support via multiple communication channels including telephone, electronic mail, and instant messaging. - Elevate customer contentment by preemptively addressing inquiries and resolving challenges swiftly and comprehensively. - Record customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system, maintaining precise documentation for future reference. - Recognize potential improvements in customer experience based on direct interactions and received feedback. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that optimize overall customer satisfaction. - Remain informed about product offerings and industry developments to provide knowledgeable and pertinent recommendations to clients. - Contribute to a dynamic and motivating team atmosphere by sharing insights and supporting collective initiatives.
