JMA Wireless is seeking an IT Systems Engineer specializing in Linux and Platform Operations to join our team. You will be responsible for the stability, performance, and security of our infrastructure, supporting the development and delivery of our wireless technology solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage, monitor, and scale Linux-based production systems and platforms
- Design and implement automation for system provisioning, configuration, and maintenance
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of critical infrastructure
- Perform root cause analysis for system incidents and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support platform requirements and deployments
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in Linux systems administration or engineering
- Proven ability to script and automate tasks using languages like Bash, Python, or Ansible
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and system security best practices
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
