Responsibilities
- Maintain and support cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability
- Manage network operations and monitoring to ensure stable connectivity and proactively address performance issues
- Administer identity and access management processes, including user lifecycle, permissions, and privileged access controls
- Support cybersecurity efforts by responding to incidents, managing vulnerabilities, and applying security patches
- Provide second-level technical support and remote assistance to resolve complex IT issues and ensure user satisfaction
- Administer core systems including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, servers, phone/VoIP systems, and databases
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes, including regular testing to ensure business continuity
- Contribute to IT projects and change initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor system and application performance, analysing logs and alerts to proactively prevent issues
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support systems, processes, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems engineering, or infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and general systems administration
- Experience with network management, server infrastructure, and cloud environments
- Understanding of IT security principles, including access management, patching, and incident response
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a structured and timely manner
- Strong service orientation with excellent communication skills and a user-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience in documenting technical processes and maintaining knowledge bases
- Fluency in English
