Cint is hiring an IT Support Specialist

About the Role

The specialist will deliver hands-on technical support, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and assist users with IT-related challenges across desktop, network, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline technical support to employees experiencing system or software difficulties
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Support network connectivity including Wi-Fi, VPN, and remote access tools
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across various platforms
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding IT requirements for new and departing staff
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
  • Respond to service desk tickets with timely resolution
  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher-tier support teams
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base
  • Support video conferencing and collaboration tools
  • Perform routine system updates and security patches
  • Assist with deployment of new hardware across offices
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and security policies
  • Troubleshoot email and calendar synchronization issues
  • Configure and support multi-factor authentication systems
  • Assist with backup and recovery procedures
  • Support cloud-based services including file storage and productivity suites
  • Monitor system performance and report anomalies
  • Work with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and service fulfillment
