Dynata is looking for an IT Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, configuring hardware and software, and providing direct customer support to resolve problems. You will play a key part in supporting new application rollouts and assisting with user equipment lifecycle management.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for users.
- Install and configure hardware and software, including Dell and HP equipment.
- Communicate directly with customers to quickly identify the root cause of their problems.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved.
- Replace or repair necessary components of computer systems.
- Support the rollout of new applications, including MS Office 365, Multi-Factor Authentication, Global Protect VPN, and Crowdstrike Antivirus.
- Deploy Operating Systems using LANDESK imaging or Intune Autopilot.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of user equipment.
- Provide responsive and effective customer support.
