Base44, part of Wix, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to act as a strategic partner, bridging Base44's technical needs with Wix's Internal Platform Engineering team. You will translate requirements into solutions and ensure seamless access to tools, supporting a fast, collaborative team operating like a startup.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to person for Base44, ensuring efficient and timely desktop and local infrastructure support for employees.
- Manage end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding, integrating new hires into the Wix ecosystem and Base44's specific cloud environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot user permissions and environments for Cloud-native tools (GCP, AWS, GitHub) to secure seamless access to team tools.
- Monitor and respond to tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Supervise Base44's IT environment, including infrastructure, computers, end-users, and permission management.
- Participate in global IT projects while identifying opportunities to implement AI tools or automated processes that benefit the Base44 workflow.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an IT professional in IT support and/or administration.
- Experience managing user identities and permissions in GCP, AWS, and GitHub.
- Strong proficiency in a multi-OS environment (MacOS, Windows, and Linux).
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive approach to preventing technical friction.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Jamf, Intune, Jira, and Slack is a significant advantage.
