SONDA is looking for an Infrastructure Architect (DevOps) to provide specialized support in a high-performance critical environment and drive the continuous evolution of DevOps pipelines. You will be responsible for administering the integration processes of technological solutions, ensuring infrastructure capacity and the quality of delivered products.
What You'll Do
- Operate in a critical, high-performance environment, offering specialized support and contributing to the continuous evolution of DevOps pipelines.
- Propose norms and standards, technically validating solutions to guarantee the quality of delivered products.
- Administer integration processes for technological solutions, considering infrastructure capacity and quality validations.
- Collaborate on the design, acquisition, implementation, and support of technology solutions.
- Ensure infrastructure capacity is maintained at adequate levels, considering growth projections.
What We're Looking For
- Complete higher education degree.
- Strong collaborative, analytical, and proactive profile.
- Skills in GitHub + ArgoCD / GitOps.
- Deep knowledge in modern automation and continuous delivery practices: advanced Git/GitHub, advanced GitOps, advanced ArgoCD, advanced Kubernetes, Docker, Observability.
- Solid understanding of version control as the core of the application lifecycle (real GitOps).
- Ability to design, operate, and evolve GitHub Actions + ArgoCD pipelines in a secure and scalable manner.
- Experience creating and maintaining automated pipelines for application build, audits, tests, publication, and deployment.
- Experience configuring, optimizing, and supporting Nginx and Apache servers.
- Mastery of JBoss EAP (version 6.x or higher).
- Knowledge of tools and systems: Linux, Docker, Nexus, Jenkins, Maven, Git.
- Experience in complex environments involving different SGBDs, CICS Platform, MQ, LDAP, SSO / Keycloak (Red Hat), GrayLog, Grafana, SonarQube, DevOps Culture.
- Practical experience in environments that adopt principles of automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, team collaboration, continuous improvement, and reliability.
- Interpersonal competencies: clear and objective communication, ability to understand technical demands and translate them into effective solutions, proactivity to anticipate, identify, and resolve problems.
Nice to Have
- Azure DevOps (ADS).
- Practical knowledge in development using stacks: Java (JBoss, Quarkus, Spring), IIS, Angular / NodeJS and .NET.
- Practical knowledge in OKD / Red Hat OpenShift and administration, operation, and support of PODs, containers, and Kubernetes resources.
- Knowledge in Shell Script, Python, Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
