Responsibilities
- Collaborate in shaping project design and support the creation of detailed project plans
- Evaluate available resources and establish management strategies for new and active projects
- Establish project boundaries and timelines with an emphasis on consistent, on-time value delivery
- Coordinate and lead regular project status and team working sessions
- Produce and share progress updates and project performance summaries
- Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues; adjust plans as needed and manage delivery timelines
- Initiate and oversee efforts to continuously enhance business processes and monitor their effectiveness
- Guide the team in making strategic decisions related to system deployment, updates, and upkeep
- Create and maintain business process documentation for testing and training purposes
- Establish and manage a clear project management framework, promoting continuous improvement and agile best practices
- Design and execute a transformation roadmap to transition from current to target agile state
- Apply standardized performance indicators to measure and review project and program outcomes
- Support the adoption of agile tools, guidelines, and metrics to standardize team execution
- Track overall project costs, schedule compliance, and technical quality of deliverables
- Generate and deliver technical analysis reports as required by the Agency to inform discussions
