Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand technical limitations, user needs, and intricate workflow requirements within internal fulfillment platforms.
  • Lead the full UI design lifecycle, producing wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that streamline data-intensive processes and complex interactions.
  • Promote iterative design practices by integrating feedback from product owners, user research, and internal teams to meet operational demands and enhance user value.
  • Deliver well-documented design specifications and assets to development teams, offering ongoing support during implementation to ensure design fidelity.
  • Contribute to the evolution of enterprise-wide design systems and shared component libraries to maintain consistency and reusability across internal tools.
  • Guide and mentor fellow designers in cross-functional teams, supporting their professional development and fostering an inclusive, collaborative UX culture.
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints in designated product areas.
  • Maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, and design consistency across multiple product teams and initiatives.
  • Participate in scoping and planning activities to align design objectives with business priorities and uncover new opportunities.
  • Design, test, and refine digital products using systems thinking to address both existing and emerging user challenges.
  • Support data-informed design through a 'test and learn' approach, leveraging analytics to guide decisions and assess outcomes.
  • Work proactively with stakeholders to uncover pain points and develop effective, user-focused solutions that improve experience and efficiency.
