Computacenter is hiring an IT Key Account Manager to steer all sales activities and act as a trusted advisor for our customers. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by opening new profitable deals based on our portfolio, with freedom in your working model and the support of a strong team.
What You'll Do
- Steer all sales activities for the customer in collaboration with colleagues from Service Management, Consulting, Inside Sales, and Specialist Sales.
- Gain sustainable customer trust and become valued as a Trusted Advisor by creatively identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate technical, personnel, and material resources and bear responsibility for revenue and results in comprehensive projects across all technology and service areas.
- Open up new profitable deals based on the innovative portfolio around Datacenter, Networking, Security, and Cloud.
- Demonstrate customer orientation through your presence, perseverance, and passion for sales.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in field sales and strategic business expansion with a focus on IT solution and service sales.
- Experience in managing proposal situations and customer orders.
- Enthusiasm for the technology fields Client/Server, Datacenter, or Networking and confident handling of business key figures and calculations.
