Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 to 7 or more years of professional experience in identity and access management or adjacent cybersecurity roles
- Proven track record implementing and managing enterprise-scale IAM systems, with a focus on Okta
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams across IT, Security, HR, and business functions
- Working knowledge of major cloud infrastructure providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Hands-on experience with Okta for identity management
- Experience integrating and managing Google Auth solutions
- Proficiency with Jumpcloud for directory and access services
- Experience with Auth0 as an identity platform
- Understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA) frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with privileged access management (PAM) systems and best practices
- Integration experience combining Okta and Jumpcloud environments
- Knowledge of cloud-based ecosystems including GCP, AWS, and Azure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities in IAM contexts
- Solid foundation in cybersecurity concepts and access controls
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation
