About the Role

The Enterprise Market Development Representative will drive lead generation within target enterprise segments by conducting outreach, qualifying prospects, and setting high-quality meetings for the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential enterprise clients through phone and email
  • Identify key decision-makers within large organizations
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and challenges
  • Qualify leads based on fit and readiness to engage
  • Collaborate with account executives to align on outreach strategy
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and update lead status
  • Follow defined processes for lead handoff to sales teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and value propositions
  • Engage prospects with tailored messaging based on industry and use case
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
  • Adapt outreach strategies based on feedback and results
  • Respond to inbound enterprise inquiries in a timely manner
  • Support campaign efforts targeting specific market segments
  • Stay informed about competitive landscape and market trends
  • Ensure data accuracy in all sales systems
  • Uphold brand voice in all external communications
  • Escalate technical or complex inquiries appropriately
  • Contribute to process improvements within the development team
  • Maintain compliance with communication regulations
