Picus is looking for an IT Engineer to maintain and enhance our corporate IT systems and infrastructure. You’ll be a key technical resource ensuring our internal technology runs smoothly and securely.

What You'll Do

Manage, monitor, and support our internal IT infrastructure and systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for employees
Implement and maintain security protocols and system access controls
Deploy and configure new hardware, software, and user accounts
Document processes and create technical guides for internal users
Contribute to IT projects aimed at improving reliability and efficiency

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an IT support or engineering role
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise software
Hands-on experience with network administration and troubleshooting
Ability to manage user directories and access permissions
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset

Work Mode

This position follows a hybrid work model based out of our office in Ankara, Turkey. You will be expected to work on-site for part of the week.
