About the Role

Picus is looking for an IT Engineer to maintain and enhance our corporate IT systems and infrastructure. You’ll be a key technical resource ensuring our internal technology runs smoothly and securely.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, monitor, and support our internal IT infrastructure and systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for employees
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and system access controls
  • Deploy and configure new hardware, software, and user accounts
  • Document processes and create technical guides for internal users
  • Contribute to IT projects aimed at improving reliability and efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an IT support or engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise software
  • Hands-on experience with network administration and troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage user directories and access permissions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset

Work Mode

This position follows a hybrid work model based out of our office in Ankara, Turkey. You will be expected to work on-site for part of the week.
