Nium is seeking an IT Engineer I to join our Infrastructure Support team. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our core IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and performance.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with the maintenance and deployment of infrastructure hardware and software.
- Document processes and maintain system configuration records.
