HireHawk is looking for an IT Digital Manager – Systems & Integrations to own and continuously improve the internal technology stack for our global staffing and recruiting company. You will act as the bridge between operations and technology by configuring platforms, connecting tools, maintaining integrations, and ensuring correct data flow across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain our ATS, CRM, communication, and operational platforms.
- Manage user permissions, roles, and access controls across all systems.
- Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors.
- Build and maintain integrations between ATS, CRM, Slack, email, payroll, and productivity tools.
- Configure triggers, automations, and workflow logic; monitor integration failures and resolve sync errors.
- Improve handoffs across Sales → Recruiting → Onboarding → Account Management.
- Analyze operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement technology solutions to streamline operations.
- Standardize processes across departments and support scaling operations without adding administrative overhead.
- Ensure data consistency across platforms, maintain reporting dashboards, and support leadership with reliable business metrics.
- Implement best practices for data hygiene, manage authentication policies, and monitor system usage and security.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing business systems, integrations, or operations technology.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM, or recruiting/HR tech platforms.
- Proven automation and workflow configuration experience in SaaS-heavy environments.
- Strong workflow automation, process mapping, and data structure understanding.
- Ability to document technical processes clearly for non-technical teams.
- A hands-on builder and problem solver who is process-oriented and detail-driven.
- Able to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and a strong communicator.
Nice to Have
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent operations.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Workable, Slack workflows, or similar.
- Experience setting up dashboards or analytics.
- Background scaling systems for growing teams.
