PSI CRO is hiring an IT Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards across internal IT systems and operational workflows
• Review and manage documentation to verify alignment with industry regulations, internal policies, and applicable standards
• Develop, maintain, and manage internal IT records including change controls, risk evaluations, system inventories, validation protocols, and disaster recovery plans
• Prepare and supply required IT documentation for both internal and external audit processes
• Engage in IT-focused discussions and interviews during internal and external audit cycles
• Respond to IT-related inquiries from sponsors and contribute during the review of client and vendor contractual agreements
• Track and support the resolution of IT compliance issues identified during audits
• Assist in the creation and revision of IT policy and procedural documents
• Contribute to the development of departmental quality system documents (QSDs)
• Ensure ongoing compliance with organizational QSDs, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Engage in periodic risk assessments to detect potential weaknesses in IT infrastructure and processes
