A.T.U Auto-Teile-Unger is hiring an IT Capacity Manager specializing in IP Address Management (IPAM) and REST APIs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale IP address spaces, network infrastructure, automation, data analysis, and operational governance.

What You'll Do

Manage IP Address Management (IPAM), including IPv4/IPv6 address planning, subnetting, and address space management.
Manage large-scale IP address spaces across multiple VRFs and environments (e.g., data centers, WAN, cloud).
Perform IP utilization analysis and capacity forecasting.
Manage network infrastructure fundamentals, including DHCP scope management and VLAN provisioning.
Automate IP data collection, reporting, and validation using scripting languages.
Utilize REST APIs for IPAM tools.
Analyze large datasets related to IP utilization, DHCP leases, and intake trends.
Produce weekly dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights.
Manage intake workflows and enforce SLAs in enterprise environments.
Define and enforce intake policies, escalation paths, and closed-loop processes.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of an associate degree in IT, computer science, or engineering.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in networking and/or IP management.
5+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure engineering, and IP address management.
1+ year of experience with IPAM tools like BlueCat Micetro or similar.
5+ years of demonstrated experience building dashboards and reporting using Kusto, SQL, Python, or data tools like Power BI.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Deep understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 address planning, subnetting, and address space management.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DHCP scope management and VLAN provisioning.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Experience with REST APIs for IPAM tools.
Ability to analyze large datasets related to IP utilization, DHCP leases, and intake trends.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
Experience managing intake workflows and enforcing SLAs.
Familiarity with service ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ADO).
Ability to create and maintain detailed process documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
