The People Group is hiring a DevOps Lead to support client environments remotely while residing in Florida. In this role, you will lead DevOps teams in designing and implementing CI/CD and containerized solutions while partnering closely with client stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of professionals in a DevOps environment.
- Design and implement DevOps practices across client platforms.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Spin up, down, and scale virtual environments.
- Interface with client stakeholders and provide regular status reports.
- Partner with clients to build roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
- A DevOps Lead professional with at least 6+ years leading teams in a DevOps environment.
- Strong knowledge in CI/CD and containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience spinning up, down, and scaling virtual environments.
- Experience leading teams and interfacing with client stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience partnering with clients to build roadmaps, implementation plans, and status reports.
- Experience in the design and implementation of DevOps practices.
- Good knowledge of scripting languages: Java, Perl, bash, PowerShell, and Python.
