Aledade is seeking an Ironclad Administrator II to take ownership of our contract lifecycle management platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Ironclad to support our business and legal teams.
What You'll Do
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Ironclad CLM platform to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Design and implement automated workflows, templates, and approval processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users across the organization.
- Collaborate with legal, sales, and finance teams to streamline contract processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Ironclad administrator or in a similar CLM system role.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and best practices.
- Expertise in configuring workflows, data fields, reports, and integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. The role is open to candidates based in the United States, with a preferred location of Bethesda, MD.
