HedgeServ is hiring an Investor Services Supervisor

Role Overview

This position leads key operational functions within the Investor Services division, focusing on transaction integrity, regulatory compliance, and client reporting accuracy. You will supervise daily workflows, review critical investor activity, and ensure adherence to global standards across AML, KYC, FATCA, and CRS frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify completeness of investor transaction documentation and direct follow-up when information is missing or delayed.
  • Coordinate directly with investors to secure signed transaction instructions and support timely processing of subscriptions and redemptions.
  • Review anti-money laundering and tax compliance documentation, initiating follow-ups as needed and escalating to compliance officers when required.
  • Oversee transaction processing in HedgeInvestor®, the firm’s proprietary platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of subscription and redemption bank accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Validate wire transfer details for all outgoing payments and support client bank account setup and closure procedures.
  • Review investor-facing reports such as statements and contract notes, as well as client-level reports including capital activity summaries and ERISA disclosures.
  • Support audit readiness by preparing fund audit materials and reviewing investor audit requests before distribution.
  • Respond to complex investor inquiries related to compliance protocols, transaction history, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with NAV, Quality Assurance, and Compliance teams to maintain operational alignment.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows, team structure, or systems and recommend enhancements to management.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring at least two years of experience in hedge fund administration, with direct exposure to investor onboarding, transaction processing, and reporting. Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and clear communication skills are essential. You must be comfortable working under deadlines, capable of independent judgment, and know when to escalate issues. A proactive mindset, reliability, and leadership by example are expected in this role.
