Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time technical interviews with software developer candidates
- Assess coding proficiency, logical reasoning, and communication skills
- Follow standardized evaluation rubrics to ensure consistency
- Deliver clear, objective feedback on candidate performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine interview processes
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and fairness
- Adhere to scheduled interview sessions reliably
- Contribute to the development of new interview questions
- Ensure assessments are inclusive and accessible
- Stay current with programming languages and technical trends
- Support quality assurance initiatives for interview evaluations
- Participate in calibration sessions with other interviewers
- Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards
- Provide input on candidate experience improvements
- Engage in ongoing training and performance reviews
Nice to Have
