Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an intern for the Learning & Development team within the Human Health business unit. In this role, you will gain a global view of the organization by collaborating with different departments on key projects that drive team growth.
What You'll Do
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of training and development campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate in the creation and analysis of training and development activity reports, working with data to extract insights for team decision-making.
- Support internal communication for department projects, ensuring information reaches different teams clearly and effectively.
- Interact with different areas and stakeholders, gaining a broad perspective of the business and the role of learning in the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in areas such as Psychology, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or similar.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret data and prepare structured reports, ideally with PowerBI.
- Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, good communication, and a desire to interact with different teams. Curiosity and interest in organizational development.
- Languages: High level of Spanish and English.
- Availability: Start date April 24, 2026, and ability to complete a 12-month internship agreement.
