Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is looking for an Internship - Event Management to join our Customer Excellence department. You will work with a team of Event Managers to design innovative, target-group-oriented events from concept to successful implementation and contribute to continuously improving our event management processes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on the target-group-oriented, conceptual design of events.
- Support and independently handle sub-tasks in planning, executing, and following up on national and international events (such as trade fairs, congresses, conferences, symposia, and workshops).
- Conduct research tasks in the event context.
- Handle inquiries, briefings, and manage external partners and service providers.
- Manage participants, including administration and maintenance of participant lists.
- Implement and document regulatory processes and requirements in the event context.
What We're Looking For
- Current business studies with a focus on event management, tourism, health, marketing, or a comparable field in a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Organizational talent, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Customer and service orientation with a confident demeanor.
- High level of communication and teamwork skills, as well as improvisational talent.
- Good knowledge and confident use of the MS Office package.
- Good German and English skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends and evenings in isolated, situation-dependent cases.
Nice to Have
- Additional foreign languages are desirable.
