KUKA Global is seeking an Embedded Systems Software & Controls Intern to join our industrial intelligence 4.0_beyond automation team. In this role, you will be fully integrated into the ongoing daily business, gaining practical, hands-on experience in developing new solutions for automated systems.
What You'll Do
- Support the team in the prototypical implementation of new station controls for pneumatic tube systems based on microcontrollers.
- Independently conceive, realize, and execute test routines for the automated testing of hardware components and control processes.
- Evaluate hardware- and software-based technologies for realizing new solutions for our pneumatic tube systems.
- Learn the daily tasks of a developer through direct practice and team integration.
What We're Looking For
- Current student in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- Knowledge of the programming language C or C++.
- Knowledge in the development of microcontroller-based systems.
- Interest in creating solutions in automation technology.
- Good German and English language skills.
