Renesas Electronics is looking for a Process Engineering Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in semiconductor manufacturing. You will learn key assembly processes while applying data analysis to identify and drive product improvements.
What You'll Do
- Learn process fundamentals for Die attach and Wire bond processes.
- Apply data analysis techniques, such as Statistical Process Control, to identify product issues and propose new improvement projects.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to understand the entire workflow from Front of Line to End of Line.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Material, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
