Responsibilities
- Support Employer Branding in day-to-day operations and strategic projects, acting as reliable partner in both creative and organizational topics
- Create and edit engaging content (video, image, text) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, contributing to authentic storytelling and campaign execution
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external employer branding events.
- Take ownership of employer branding assets and inventory (e.g. goodies for events and fairs), ensuring availability and proper management.
- Support recruiting marketing initiatives and campaigns in close collaboration with the Recruiting team.
- Contribute creative ideas and help bring campaigns to life that showcase our people and culture.
- Collaborate across international teams to ensure smooth project flow and high-quality content production.
- Take responsibility for project coordination and follow-ups, keeping track of timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Handle ad-hoc requests while maintaining a high level of organization in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- You are looking for a gap year or internship (40h/week) and are available for at least six months.
- You have gained first practical experience in employer branding, marketing, HR, or content creation.
- You have experience in creating and editing social media content (e.g. with CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools)
- You are a proactive communicator and enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment
- You work very hands-on and manage your own projects, from start to finish.
- You bring a creative mindset and enjoy contributing your own ideas while also driving them forward.
- You have a strong affinity for social media, digital trends, and content creation
- You are fluent in English
