We're looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer to help shape and maintain custom software platforms used by learners and educators worldwide. You'll play a key role in developing and refining systems that power student and mentor experiences, from application portals to payment processing and career placements.
What You’ll Do
- Write clean, efficient code using Python and Django for backend development, paired with React, Vue, or Angular on the frontend.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope, design, and deliver features that serve a global user base.
- Refactor outdated codebases to improve performance, stability, and maintainability, especially in high-change areas.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while contributing to long-term architectural improvements.
- Document your work clearly through code comments, technical write-ups, and structured task breakdowns for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work within agile cycles, contributing to sprint planning and continuous delivery processes.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of professional full stack development experience.
- Proven experience with Python and Django or similar frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of React, Vue, or Angular.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience using UNIX-based environments and cloud platforms, particularly AWS services like EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and SQS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a talent for translating technical concepts across teams.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight.
- Adaptability in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.

- Experience in a high-growth tech startup setting is a plus.
