Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an Interior Designer (3Ds Max Specialist) to lead the conceptualization, design, and visualization of interior spaces. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed plans for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs using Autodesk 3Ds Max.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with construction standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, sustainable practices, and innovative visualization techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualization work.
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3Ds Max for modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- Strong knowledge of V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar rendering engines.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Ability to produce realistic renderings and immersive walkthroughs.
