Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute interior design concepts for projects, either independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of and follow all internal systems, standards, and operational procedures.
- Operate effectively within a formal document control and management environment.
- Support the creation and development of project-related materials including drawings, visual presentations, renders, and other documentation.
- Help resolve technical and detailing challenges in alignment with the project's design vision.
- Contribute to design development with guidance from senior project leads at key project phases.
- Coordinate with external design consultants and related organizations when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of all project outputs according to established schedules.
- Collaborate with 3D visualization artists to generate realistic renderings by providing design details, materials, and lighting specifications.
- Work jointly with Interior Design and SAOTA teams on integrated design efforts.
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site support for local projects as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as recording client meeting minutes and organizing contractor information and correspondence.
