Kota is looking for an Integrations Associate to help ensure our integrations with financial service providers run reliably day-to-day while supporting the addition of new carriers. You will play a key role in monitoring, maintaining, and improving the systems that keep our products connected, supporting tens of thousands of employees across more than 100 countries.
What You'll Do
- Take part in governance meetings to track integration performance, ensuring data flows as expected and issues are identified early.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve integration problems, working with internal teams to keep systems running smoothly and minimize user impact.
- Support the onboarding of new insurers and financial providers from setup and requirements gathering to testing and documentation.
- Keep integration documentation organized, accurate, and easy for internal teams to use.
- Work closely with Benefits, Compliance, Engineering, and Carrier Partnerships teams to share updates, capture requirements, and ensure integrations evolve.
- Proactively look for ways to improve how we manage integrations, identifying recurring issues or opportunities to make processes more efficient.
