wallee is looking for a hands-on Integration Supporter and Success Manager to be the go-to person for our external integration partners. In this hybrid role, you'll combine technical consultancy, solution architecture, and project coordination to guide partners from initial onboarding through to successful rollout and ongoing success.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end journey for integration partners, from first technical conversation to production rollout and ongoing support.
- Guide first-time integrations and provide solution design and architecture guidance during onboarding.
- Define technical implementation approaches and ensure successful go-lives.
- Build long-term relationships with integrators and contribute to a structured partner model.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for integration-related issues.
- Organize the handover from the implementation phase to the operational phase together with support.
- Analyze logs and technical messages (e.g., JSON, HTTP, webhooks) to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve support processes related to integrations.
- Support or lead rollout activities, including planning, piloting, testing, and full deployment.
- Work closely with Product Management, DevOps, and Support teams to align integration efforts.
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing around integration practices.
What We're Looking For
- Completed technical education or apprenticeship (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical integration, implementation, or support roles.
- Experience supporting structured integration processes and interacting with partners.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Strong skills in API communication (REST, SOAP), webhook logic, and integration troubleshooting.
- Skilled in tools like Postman, Kibana, and monitoring/log analysis platforms.
- Familiarity with the payments or fintech industry.
- Experience managing technical integrations in B2B or project-based partner contexts.
- French language skills.
