Join 3045 Becton Dickinson Global Services Centre Sdn. Bhd. as an Integration Engineer. You will be responsible for the design and validation of scoped interfaces for BD pharmacy, materials management, and healthcare system integration projects, meeting project timelines and revenue objectives. What You'll Do

Participate in meetings with customers to facilitate interface design, training, and validation.
Establish rapport with internal and external customers conducive to long-term business relationships.
Interact with customer teams, gain consensus, and deliver concise communication.
Consult Senior and Lead Integration Engineers as appropriate.
Demonstrate knowledge of BD products and their integration with customer systems.
Actively participate in all training activities outlined by the established Integration Engineer Learning Path.
Participate in product/version upgrade integration validation.
Demonstrate problem solving, troubleshooting, and system consultation skills.
Meet on-call duties as scheduled.
Maintain accurate account backups and documentation.
Work independently.
Comply with all BD and Integration Engineer Policies and Procedures.
Complete project documentation in a timely manner.
Monitor and supply updates on escalated critical issues.
Assist MMS with Field Action execution, including customer notifications and follow-ups.
Ensure all role-related project records are accurate and up to date.
Ensure compliance with all relevant BD policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support BD product teams to ensure the successful completion of their remediation projects.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of working experience with technical (systems) involvement and computerized system applications.
Knowledge of HL7 or EDI standards.
Knowledge of HIS integration systems, BD products, and hospital workflow.
Experience with integrated delivery networks or multi-facility health systems.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, SharePoint, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Position requires flexible working hours, including nights and weekends.
Ability to work independently from a home office.
Training will be conducted during US daytime hours; the role will start on daytime shifts but may transition to night shifts as needed.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience.
Suggested certifications include: HL7, MCSE, HIPAA, Interface Engine (e.g., eGate, Cloverleaf, Mirth).
