Recover Medical Group is hiring a Remote Intake Specialist to be a vital first point of contact for individuals seeking help. You will build relationships with clients, understand their unique needs, and guide them into effective treatment pathways. Our mission is to make addiction treatment more effective, accessible, and affordable, with a focus on marginalized and underserved communities using a harm reduction approach.
What You'll Do
- Meet with clients to complete intakes and identify individual recovery needs.
- Connect clients to appropriate services and resources and help them navigate those resources.
- Develop a needs assessment and care plan to guide clients through their recovery journey.
- Help outreach, engage, and re-engage referred clients, educate about services, and connect them to care.
- Collaborate regularly with the treatment team (medical director, nurse practitioners, counselors) to provide comprehensive treatment plans.
What We're Looking For
- Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC or equivalent) - I or higher.
- 1+ years of direct experience in addiction treatment.
- 1+ years in Intake or Engagement-focused roles.
Team & Environment
You will join a small team growing quickly. In this role, you will report directly to the Program Manager for your specific program.
