Shegerian & Associates is hiring an Intake Specialist to join our plaintiff-side employment law practice. In this role, you will be the vital first voice potential clients hear, evaluating cases with a blend of professional insight and genuine care. You’ll also provide essential research, documentation, and administrative support to keep our team moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Be the first voice potential clients hear, conducting up to 6 phone evaluations daily with empathy, professionalism, and sharp case instincts.
- Research claims, spot patterns, and draft concise internal memos to help attorneys move fast and decide smart.
- Keep the firm's CRM, documents, and calendars immaculate.
- Collaborate across teams and step in where needed, including supporting new-hire training.

- Communicate clearly in writing and in person, across every kind of personality.
- Stay sharp when priorities shift and the pace picks up.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and practice management software.
