Role Overview
This position is central to the client journey, serving as the initial connection for individuals seeking legal guidance. You will conduct thoughtful phone evaluations, assess case potential, and provide critical insights that help legal teams make informed decisions quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct up to six daily phone screenings with care and professionalism, identifying key case details while offering compassionate support
- Analyze claims, recognize relevant patterns, and prepare clear internal summaries to assist attorneys in evaluating next steps
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across case records, calendars, and digital documentation using CRM and practice management tools
- Support cross-functional collaboration, including participation in training initiatives for new team members
