Insureon (part of HUB International) is hiring an Insurance Sales Assistant

HUB International is hiring a remote Insurance Sales Assistant to work directly with an Insurance Sales Producer, supporting small business insurance sales in a digital environment. This role focuses on customer follow-up, application processing, and developing professional knowledge to serve our clients effectively.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with an Insurance Sales Producer to propose quotes to potential Small Business customers.
• Follow up with potential customers, prospects, and Property & Casualty Insurance carriers in a digital environment.
• Gather information from customers to process new applications, quote on multiple carrier websites, and handle endorsements, certificates of insurance, service, and billing questions.
• Collect documentation from clients and perform reviews prior to binding accounts with carrier partners.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing publications, and continuing education.

What We're Looking For

• A valid Property and Casualty License required at the time of application.
• Superior experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-discipline to thrive in a remote environment.

• A tenacious and determined mindset that collaborates well with others.
• A commitment to continuously develop and strengthen the skills required for success.
• Required experience: 1-2 years of relevant work.
• Required education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting a sales team.
• Small Commercial Insurance experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
