About the Role

Cranial Technologies is hiring an Insurance Liaison to expedite the insurance process for families seeking infant cranial and ear treatment. In this remote role, you will be a key connector, building rapport with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to facilitate informed treatment decisions. You will research and communicate benefits and eligibility, helping to shape positive outcomes for patients.

What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all families.
  • Coordinate information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics.
  • Obtain insurance authorizations.
  • Research, review, and document benefits, eligibility, and authorization requirements within the system.
  • Accurately review benefits and eligibility to ensure families understand costs.
  • Communicate cost shares, co-payments, and financial responsibilities with patients' families.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 – 2 years of customer service or related experience.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience with computer software such as Microsoft Outlook and Adobe.
  • An investigative, curious, and problem solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated, task-oriented mindset with a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work on a team as well as independently.
  • Personable, warm, empathetic, and professional verbal and written communication style.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
