Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with application specialists to support customer trials
- Prepare competitive quotations and sales proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
- Coordinate with service teams for post-sale support
- Attend industry trade shows and technical conferences
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions
- Provide input on regional market trends and competitor activity
- Support marketing initiatives with customer insights
- Follow up on leads generated through campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and finalize purchase agreements
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
- Work closely with regional sales management
- Deliver training sessions on new product features
- Assist in forecasting regional sales performance
- Resolve customer inquiries related to product capabilities
- Promote bundled service and support offerings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical specifications
- Support strategic account planning
- Coordinate calibration and installation scheduling
- Report on sales pipeline status weekly
- Drive adoption of next-generation instrumentation platforms
