Veeam Software is looking for an Inside Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key technical partner to our Inside Sales department, informing and educating partners, resellers, and end users on our product offerings. Your work will involve presenting, creating content, delivering demonstrations, and providing deep technical expertise to guide customers toward adopting Veeam technologies.
What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual customer meeting presentations and demonstrations.
- Implement and manage proof of concepts through to technical closure.
- Support lead generation activities including events, webinars, and user groups.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
- Independently consult with customers to provide expertise on data protection.
- Work closely with Sales to secure new partners and customers.
- Partner with Product Management to provide direct customer feedback.
- Provide pre-sales support to customers during their evaluation of Veeam software.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Guide others in resolving complex issues and act as a point of reference for new hires and peers.
